Enduring Powers of Attorney

Enduring Powers of Attorney ( EPA’s)  although since October 2007 they can no longer be written, they are if you already hold a valid EPA a very powerful and useful document to hold. These documents were created to assist the donor ( the person whose made the EPA) should they lose capacity, either physically or mentally. If however the donor does lose mental capacity then the document must be registered by the attorneys with the Court of Protection.
